About Kelly ebbole
Not only is Kelly a respected Entrepreneur, REALTOR and owner of businesses in Southeastern WI, but she is also a Collaborator, Problem Solver, Networker, Fundraiser, Volunteer, Wife and a Mom to two amazing kids. Kelly’s previous career, prior to real estate and consulting, was in online retail stock and options trading and financial planning. She has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of IL-Chicago, which is where her affinity and passion for being an entrepreneur began after writing a business plan with two colleagues that was pitched to Venture Capitalists and Angel Investors for a class. That pitch unexpectedly became a startup business and she was fully engaged in the start of her entrepreneurial journey.
Kelly continued her career to a retail online options and stock trading firm in Chicago where she served different roles as New Accounts Manager, Principal and Director of Operations, where her background in compliance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), new account opening, cash management, brokerage operations and regulatory audits were imperative to reducing risk to the firm but also allowing the firm to increase funding rates in accounts and enhancing the
online account application process.
Kelly returned to Wisconsin in 2018 and pursued an entrepreneurial path by starting her real estate career and then launched her own real estate firm, Strategic Focus Realty, in May of 2024.
Kelly’s family’s mantra is ‘Practice Means Progress’ and she is constantly learning valuable lessons as volunteer President of the Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) and Head Coach of a
local U8 Softball Team.
She has been a LAUNCH Coach several times through the Elmbrook and Wauwatosa School Districts and volunteers at the Food Pantry of Waukesha County. When she isn’t fulfilling real estate & consulting goals and volunteering, she enjoys watching her kids play softball, relaxing at her family cabin in the north woods, reading and
cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
